I loved the hotel's unique charm and exceptional location. The staff was incredibly attentive, especially the bartender who shared great local tips. Beautiful historic building with spacious rooms. Just be cautious with parking. it's pricey and a hassle. Loved the bicycle rental option for easy exploring.

Stunning city view from the room.
The valet service was a complete disaster! I waited too long for my car and saw other guests getting annoyed as well. Staff didn’t seem to care how frustrated we were, and it soured my entire experience. Additionally, the neighborhood felt quite unsafe at night, which made it even worse.

If you're looking for a real treat, don't miss Osetra Seafood & Steaks nearby, their homemade bread is a game changer! Also, the bustling vibe of Gaslamp isn't to be missed, with Greatwall Express and The Beer Company just around the corner to fuel your tasty adventures.
Housekeeping totally dropped the ball on towel delivery after our call. Plus, the valet service was a bit of a letdown when they ignored us while chatting. felt a little left out, you know?

During my recent stay, I loved how easy it was to stroll over to Horton Plaza Park, just a few steps away, and how close I was to all the excitement of the Gaslamp Quarter, only a short walk from the hotel. it made my weekend exploration truly enjoyable and stress-free. As a solo traveler, the hotel's convenient amenities made for a comfortable stay, although I did notice the valet service could use a little improvement.

The beautiful historic building in the Gaslamp District offered an attractive King Room with stunning bay views. Highlights included a clean and comfortable bed, as well as a secure elevator access that required room keys. However, the service could benefit from more professionalism, as staff members were occasionally distracted and personal conversations were overheard. Despite these minor drawbacks, I appreciated the efficient check-in and the great accessibility to local attractions.
