Housekeeping totally dropped the ball on towel delivery after our call. Plus, the valet service was a bit of a letdown when they ignored us while chatting. felt a little left out, you know?

Highlights included a clean and comfortable bed, as well as a secure elevator access that required room keys. However, the service could benefit from more professionalism, as staff members were occasionally distracted and personal conversations were overheard. Despite these minor drawbacks, I appreciated the efficient check-in and the great accessibility to local attractions.

During my recent stay, I loved how easy it was to stroll over to Horton Plaza Park, just a few steps away, and how close I was to all the excitement of the Gaslamp Quarter, only a short walk from the hotel. it made my weekend exploration truly enjoyable and stress-free. As a solo traveler, the hotel's convenient amenities made for a comfortable stay, although I did notice the valet service could use a little improvement.
